The Blonde Collective was founded in 2009 and stands as a new wave of retail branding. Pushing prejudice aside is the message of The Blonde Collective as it makes fashion accessible to everyone, however they’d like to wear it. As eclectic and alive as Detroit (the city it was born in), The Blonde Collective hopes to appeal to those who continue to make the city shine with creativity: DJ’s, Emcee’s, Hipsters, Art-house types, along with those just now finding their creative outlet.
Even the logo for The Blonde Collective is ambiguous. With it’s long-ish hair, the logo could be either man or woman. Without having a face, it could be any race living on the face of the earth and is void of being labeled beautiful or ugly. Further pushing the idea that Blonde is here for everyone to make it whatever they see fit while promoting positivity and creativity alike.
